The document also list 9 most promising elements of sex and HIV education program including parental involvement, role models, creative media sources and more.

Tool to assess the characteristics of effective sex and STD/HIV education programs – Dr. Douglas Kirby, one of the world leading experts on assessing the effectiveness of sex education programs, developed an instrument in which to assess the efficacy of sex education.
